"The first room we were assigned definitely had a severe pet urine odor. We promptly went back downstairs and we were downgraded to a smaller room "no other king rooms available". The 2nd room was better. The hotel needs to be better taken care of. Breakfast was so-so."

"We were the only guests, but that’s not our fault. The room wasn’t heated properly. One reason was the air conditioner was still mounted in the window so the winter wind blew in around it. Most people in PA take their air conditioner out in the winter to prevent that. Half the electric plugs in the room did not work. They had no maintenance man available to investigate. “Breakfast” was dry cereal, bagels and toast. It is a beautiful house, but they need more practice at running it"
