"I complain about hotels.com website. Your service is extremely bad. This hotel had already closed their rooms, but your system still show it available. I booked a room at here, paid it all. But when I went to this hotel, no room for me to stay. I had to find another one temporarily. No one from you informed me about the problem and I could not find any your contact to solve the issue. I'm really disappointed about your service at the first time I use it. You have to return completely my money...

"Nice place "

"Beautiful experience. Incredible views. Hospitality was outstanding. Dinner was delicious. Overall, the experience was worth every penny. It was cold of course, so pack warm. And if you’re going to check in at 2pm, I suggest bringing some snacks to tie you over until dinner; although, dinner, and late night snacks were great!"

"The best. Such a good price. Everything is clean and super new. 1000000% will come back here everytime I go Da Lat from now on!"
