"Liked the room very much , staff was very friendly , and helpfull , would of liked to have a tv , in the room , and a mini fridge , and also would have liked to have a screen , on the window , other than those 3 things, would give them , a 5 star review , would recomend this hotel , to family , and friends , in a new york second , thanks for a excellent stay , excellent staff , very helpfull , as well as nice"

"Booked a villa and it was spacious. However it looked rundown compared to the photos. They really should update the photos or maintain the place to look like the photos at the least. Everything is a little far from the hotel so unless you rented a car or have a driver it is hard finding a cab. They staff at the train cafe is very nice though. "

"Beautiful view, if you're arriving by bus the hotel is just across the road from the station. It's outside the town, near to the cable car station. "
