All the experience was amazing since the beginning. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, breakfast had such a variety of otens that are so delicious and made with care that we feel the love and passion people dedicate to theirs guests. The room was by far one of the most comfortable ones I've been to. High quality of bed mattress, lots of pillows and different sizes. Extra towels, room service and everything you can need the staff will do their best. If I ever come back to Da Lat I would stay at the same place again.

Great hotel to stay at. It's clean and the staff are well trained. Front desk staff have very good English and the remainder can get by. There are quite a few restaurants close by within a minute to five if you grab a ride. Most of the attractions around Dalat are within a 30 minute ride. I'd definitely recommend people to stay here.

Nice modern hotel. Very clean. The rooms are nicely decorated and spacious. The breakfast was fantastic with high quality ingredients - which makes such a difference when staying in a hotel. Nice variety of meat selections and good mix of Vietnamese and western food. I really appreciated having local dishes at breakfast so the stay feels so authentic and I got a chance to taste local Vietnamese food. A nice surprise was the complimentary curated tea service in the afternoon. I really enjoyed my stay at Thai hotel. It is also less than 8 mins to drive to the lake and about 400 m to the Futa bus station.

The hotel is located in a peaceful and quiet area. It is also not too far from the city center (~7-10 mins drive) The hotel is new and clean. Especially, the staffs are very friendly and professional. Their service is top tier. Hope they can keep it or even make it better. The hotel also provides tasty breakfast buffet and the afternoon tea set.
