"I have stayed at this property several times over the last 5 years, love the location and bus stops right in front. They have now changed to self check in and still easy to do. One thing that could be better are the beds and pillows, so hard. Maybe add a pillow top or foam and better pillow. This trip our room smelled like burnt broccoli every day, which was bad."

"The location is nice, about a 10-minute walk from the main bus and island ferry terminals. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet, but still features some pretty tasty local restaurants and a convenience store nearby.
