Customer service is POOR and Phone calls to the hotels phone were UNANSWERED so we were forced to find another hotel. I was not able to get back a full rebate "

"The hotel room was decent, the bathroom was clean and I had hot water running all through the day. The stuff was really nice..they cleaned my room everyday and one of them also carried my luggage all the way up to my cab (~1km away from the hotel) after checking out. The property practically opens into the Munshi ghat, so it is really easy to get there. My main concern was the hotel entrance which I would not recommend for those with limited mobility or the elderly. It's deep inside the Galis...

Initially no body attended phone. Finally we were able to locate after one hour search, somebody attended phone and their person came to take us on main road. We were taken on second floor of under construction bunglow with dangerous unsafe staircase. There were no lights. My wife and son with great difficulty...
