A very bright and clean environment coming in off the chaotic, dirty streets. It’s so friendly, hospitable, and safe in the hotel. The restaurant is really good, too, in a city where it’s challenging to find a good and delicious meal.

CLEAN , COMFORTABLE HOTEL IN A CROWDED AREA VERY CLOSE TO THE GANGA AARTI AND KASHI VISHWANATH TEMPLE. EXCELLENT BREAKFAST AND LUNCH AND DINNER. STAFF ARE VERY HELPFUL . HOTEL CAN ARRANGE GOOD TAXI CABS FOR VISITS TO SARNATH, PRAGYARAJ, AYODHYA ETC. WE STAYED IN 3 PERSON SUITE WHICH WAS VERY COMFORTABLE

Perfect location for Khasi visit

This is our first trip to Varanasi. The hotel is well maintained and walkable to all the ghats and temples. The staff was very friendly and very helpful

Excellent hospitality

Loved our stay at Pearl Courtyard! The service and hospitality was excellent. The hotel is located in the prime location which made it very easy and convenient for us to travel around the city. Each and every staff at Pearly courtyard is very polite, helpful and professional. Highly recommend!

This place was fine. I wouldn't stay here again, probably because I don't know if I'll go to Varanasi again. Anyways- be aware you can't take a taxi to this location so you have to take your luggage down the streets or find a rickshaw. The food was ok. My room had a strange smell. The staff were very nice and helpful, especially Twinkle. There are lots of shopping and street food options close by.

Room a disappointment

The hotel is situated on an extremely busy and noisy street close to the Ghats. The room was not of the standard I had expected for the price or from the photos. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Very small room with no daylight, even small bathroom which was smelly, definitely not 4 stars, more 1-2, too expensive But service was good and staff was nice

The hotel is in a great location for central varanasi and the staff were incredibly helpful. I think the big let down was the quality of the room - the bedsheets were worn and the bed has stains on the headboard. The room itself could have done with a deep clean - it was dusty and run down. The air con only had two settings - off or arctic. That said, for what we paid, it worked for a short stay.

The hotel is the oasis in the chaos. The hotel is located near the Dashashwamedh Ghat, 10min on foot. At the first time, I could not find the hotel out because the looking of the hotel is like some sari shop. All staffs are very kind and super Nice! Especially, a beautiful receptionist made “Tika” on my forehead at the check-in was impressive for me. Their restaurant is also nice, I had dinner two times and breakfast one time, chef’s special and morning buffet were both super delicious. I’m surely visit them again if I have a chance to visit Varanasi.

Friendly and helpful staff at this clean, centrally located hotel. This was probably the noisiest hotel I stayed at in India. Though they’re not responsible for outside noise of course the windows were a little thin and the air conditioning units were a bit dated at noisy in the room. However staff did kindly move me to a quieter room. Bathrooms though basic were kept spotless with lovely hot water and water pressure. The adjoining restaurant was amazing and would strongly recommend eating there. Great value as well - though I didn’t appreciate them passing off their ripped rupee notes to me in my change (especially not as a guest at the hotel).

If you want to be in the heart of Varanasi near the famous temples and the Ganges river, all within walking distance, this is the hotel for you. If you do not like hotels in a crowded noisy area, then you will not like the hotel. We loved it and the location was fantastic. The staff and service was very good. We would definitely return.

Hotel rooms are clean and in good condition. Property is close to dhasashwath ghat and Vishwanath temple. Food in hotel restaurant was ok, there are lot of good food options nearby. During day time, police may block the road for car and autos before the hotel, be prepared to walk a bit
