They took the money, emptied the trash and left. No replacement towels, beds were not made, no refill on the coffee service in the room, counters were not cleaned, just took the tip and left."

That’s beyond the truth. the carpet was worn in the room. there was a hole on the shower wall the stairs were dirty. the stairwell at the bottom was full of debris and the windows were dirty. everything was just messy, stained and unkept. "I accidentally booked an accessible room, so my room was definitely different. Regardless, there were zero towel racks to hang hand towels or bath towels. Unless that's an expectation for an accessible room, it's a big miss. The size of the bath towels is comical. "
