"We got the Suite and it was huge. The room, the toilets were all very clean. Friendly staff, nice buffet breakfast. The parking is not in the building, but there is a convenient parkling lot quite close. Only one recommendation, the bath has see through walls from the room. Would suggest privacy glass for the shower room,"

"Even though the square was super busy and noisy, rooms at the back are perfectly quiet at night after the last train. Had to wait a bit for a space in the car park but this was due to los Reyes Magos so probably it is normally no problem. Very good shower and bed. The front desk is only open at limited hours but there is a 24 hour number to call and check-in/out is very efficient. Breakfast next door is good, even if it is a little later to open than ideal (there are also some limited kitchen...

"EXCELLENT LOCATION with access to everything!!! We had never stayed at a Pension, didn’t even really know what it was. We were pleasantly SURPRISED!! Customer service was superior, smaller hotel so it felt more intimate and safe. The room and bathroom were very clean with AC, towel dryer, wifi, all the basic amenities you get at other hotels, YET, reasonably priced and in an amazing location. You won’t be disappinted. "

This is on the other side of San Sebastián so added several km to an already long hike...in addition the check in process is the worst I've ever experienced. It took us 2 hours + as there is no person at the front desk to help. I was literally standing at an intercom with 7 others waiting for almost 2 hours! there has to be a more accessible way for those on the go to not have to enter every person' information. A front...

"The best location on the beach. The staff are wonderful. I remember using a similar hairdryer in 1975 in Spain, but it still worked! Very quiet at night and this section of the beach is less busy. Great restaurants nearby that open at 7pm."
