"The location was the saving feature of our stay. The apartment is located in the old town in a quiet area. The apartment appears nice enough but our bed wasn’t made when we finally checked in. We had ask to check in early (1pm) but left waiting until 3pm outside until a message with the door code was received. Other issues or questions ignored by the WhatsApp contact- no human on site. (E.g no light bulb in the room/ do we get more loo roll on a 6 night stay?!). As someone else said 3 months...

"Helt fantastisk lägenhet med två sovrum vilken passade oss som familj. Väldigt ren, modern och fräsch Parkering för bilen precis utanför. Gångavstånd till stranden på några minuter. Nära till restaurang, strandpromenad och barer. Mataffär nära för er som vill laga mat i det välutrustade köket. Vi kände oss väldigt välkomna och väl mottagna av ägaren. "

"Het was klein maar fijn. De eerste dag moesten we wel even wennen aan de trappen maar voor de rest was het perfect. Schoon, netjes en modern. De gastheer en gastvrouw hebben ons overal bij geholpen. Zij hebben ook naast het verblijf een ijscoshop met de lekkerste Italiaanse ijs van Rovinj volgens mijn vrouw die al ruim acht jaar daar elke keer weer naartoe gaat. "There is no reception, so you have to arrange check in ahead of time. We failed to do this, but Rosa was very helpful. The unit was just right for our stay. Equipped kitchen, dining area, bedroom. Great AC, grocery store very close by, lots of dining options and tour operators in the area. "

"The apartment is about 10 minutes walk to one small beach or a cafe and half an hour into the town or pretty harbour of Rovinj. Lounge is decent size but one bedroom was very cramped and the shower unit wasn’t very effective. Kitchen has the basics so we could make drinks."
