The staircase leading to the upstairs room was quite slim and a bit awkward to navigate, so something to be aware of. Communication could have been smoother, but in the end I felt the stay offered good value for money."

After getting through to hotel.com agents, they said we need to collect keys from Aberdeen. How can you expect someone booking in a London property to collect keys from Aberdeen? The booking confirmation is also not provided until the day of your trip, which then makes it difficult to even check if it’s genuine. Avoid at all costs....
