"It was my first time staying at a capsule hotel. It was more or less what I expected. The hotel is very clean and well-run, and it is reasonably priced. That said, if you are a light sleeper you might have a hard time sleeping as even small noise can be heard. If you are just there to sleep, I think it will work for you."

"It is not a hotel. It is more like an ordinary western style apartment which is quite spacious and have a washing machine and kitchen. Only around 8-10 min walk to Bataks station. And 3-4 min walk to a convenience store. Highly recommended "

"Overall the staff were very nice except one who work on Jan 08 morning shift at 10a.m., I asked her if possible to change my room, since l got room 301 which is very dark, she repeat twice very brunt - できない! without asking why. I don't think it was the right way to client as I was not demand for a room change, I was asking her nicely - if possible or not. Other than her, rest of the staff were very helpful : )"

"overall it was okay…. I didn't enjoy the carpet inside. It was clean, but the smell wasn't pleasant. The cleanliness was acceptable, but the bathroom was extremely small, about the size of airplane restrooms. There were no staff members, and everything operated on a self-service system. It took 10 minutes to walk to the nearest transportation hub. Unfortunately, there were no convenience stores near the inn, only vending machines. So, you'll need to purchase everything you need before arriving....

"It's a beautiful Showa Era Ryokan that's over 70 years old. There is a 200 yen accommodation tax when checking in (this tax applies for all accommodations in Fukuoka), which I happily paid for as I want to support sustainable tourism). "It’s close to the metro line station and easy to reach several convenience stores. Also it’s walkable to a big shopping mall ‘canal city Hakata’. And I personally really like the design and taste of this hotel. The public restroom and shower area also made me feel comfortable to use."

"Hotel didn't provide check-in instructions ahead of time and there was no staff/front desk to assist. We had to stand outside and begged other travelers to share their door code to get to the check-in machine. Then, we had to find the reservation, scan the QR code to pay for room tax using a credit card before a code was provided to enter a room. "

In general, all of our stays in japan had firmer beda but this bed made it hard to get good sleep. Overall would recommend for location and price but wish the beds were better"
