"Location was nice...close to the beach (walking distance). Pool area was nice, off the intercoastal. Communication between Victoria Rental Properties and the BW Resort definitely needs improvement. When you check in, know that there is a resort fee per day...was not informed. In addition, I was told that I'll be reimbursed the security deposit within 3-5 days. At check-in, I was informed 7-10 days (?). Stayed in a standard room. Nice view from the balcony. When we walked in the room smelled...

"The staff should be fired ,when I arrived at the apartment there was somebody inside it already . Each time I called for my refund a guy from the host hung up on me .They are lying and lying , they said I Would get my refund from 5 to 7 business day It’s been 3 weeks ,nothing Worst experience ever "

"The neighborhood was great. We did have an issue with the tv that was never resolved so we were there for three nights with no television in the living room and one of the rooms which made unable to enjoy time at the space. "
