"We traveled by car for 4 hours and arrived an hour early. Our name was placed on a list was told maybe in 15 minutes we could go to our room. it never happened at 3 pm we got our room. Our fault bad timing. we could not use the rest room in the lobby because we didn't have our pass key. Desk clerk looked like she slept in her uniform. There was no complementary coffee or water available. No vending machines for beverages or munchies. The breakfast offered was a joke. the coffee station where the creamers were had caked on old smelly creamer incrusted on it. There was no fruit, no protein no cold cereal no bowls for the oatmeal were available. I kid you not, there were 4 spoons and six yogurts if you like yogurt. Just hard dry mini chocolate and blueberry muffins. no plain creamer and no napkins. At 5 pm I asked one of the maids where the ice machine was and she informed me that I had to make my own with the trays in freezer in my room not good when you are only there for a night. FYI they needed to defrost the freezer. No shuttle to the port no shuttle to the airport but we knew that from the beginning. there was one bench in the lobby and one bench outside not enough seating for amount of guest there. The elevator broke and both were down for several hours not good when you're on the top floor and pushing 70. We have used extended stays quite a bit, but after this stay, our worse stay, we will be looking for other options."

"The corner room is beautiful! It has two sides of the room have windows. You can see allot of the city at night. The only problem is the street noise even on the higher floor is very noisy when there is yahoos who race or gun their engine through the night. "

"Don't use this facility. We had reservations that were disrupted by Delta's inability to get us to Fort Lauderdale. We tried our damndest to cancel the reservation before check-in, but to no avail. Then the Inn not only failed to refund our money but also charged us a cancellation fee. It wasn't our fault. Not good customer service at all."

"Amazing place to stay Pre-Cruise. The restaurant upstairs had amazing food and service and the rooms were all impeccable."

"Everything was great except for the Pool area, not being able to get any chairs because of the amount of people and all the other chairs that have to be bought."
