Debra and Mike are wonderful hosts and we loved their friendly dogs Luna and Roxy who greeted us each day of our stay."

"It was everything we needed! The house was very clean and it looked exactly like it does in the pictures. It is in a quiet area, it was easy to get to and it was close to a lot of attractions. Joe even sent us a list of recommendations for local stores, restaurants, and attractions before our stay. There were nightlights around the whole house and even lights outside which was nice because it did get dark. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook during our stay. There were even board games...

"We had a wonderful time celebrating my wife’s 40th birthday. The cabin was beautiful and clean. The owner is the nicest person. It was very relaxing. We would book this place again for sure "

"We had a lovely stay. Guest house was private and clean with comfortable beds and thoughtfull decor. We used both apartments together with the door open it's a 3 bedroom with 2 living spaces on the same level. We enjoyed hanging out and putting on records and looking through a few of the many books that were around."

"This trip made an incredible memory in such a wonderful home! Four bedrooms (with cool color changing lights), a beautiful sound of a river in the backyard, spacious kitchen, and great fireplace! The location is in heart of Catskill allowing my party to have easy 30 minute drive to go snow tubing to Vila Roma and plentiful great upstate hikes and sights! Seeeing snow fall as ball dropped into the new year was wonderful and recommend this whether a trip with family or good friends! "

"This unit was booked for my wife and mother while my son and I played/stayed at ASV. Upon arrival and exploration of the surrounding neighbor, my family did not feel comfortable staying in the unit and relocated to a hotel. The interior does match its VRBO description. It was clean. Communication was good. Solid chance everything would have been fine but they felt like they could sleep better elsewhere."
