" Very upset to find out there is no proper wash basin in the bathroom with no mirror available. Tiny hand basin to wash face. This is disappointing not to have basic requirements on a motel room. Long delay in getting hot water. "

"From the start, the communication with Liz was very prompt and clear. All I needed to know was provided to us. The chalet was clean and the bathrooms are modern. We did not feel rushing on check out during our final day which added value to the whole experience. Shame the next New Zealand Dragon Boat Nationals will be held elsewhere next year, otherwise, I would have booked again. Maybe for some other trip down in Karapiro. Awesome service, Liz and team!"

"We couldn’t stay as it’s closed down due to liquidation. Very sad we were not notified until we got there late at night and in the pouring rain. Tried to call but no response yet a week before all seemed ok when I called. Shocking…. "
