A great place to stay

Great place with everything we needed. Good value, everything was clean and tidy, location was great. There was plenty of room, beds were comfy, and we really enjoyed it.

Good sized room, newly renovated (carpet, paint, locks) however -1 overnight and heatpump didnt heat the room. The bathroom has mould which has been painted over a few times. Windows with huge condensation.

A GREAT STAY

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the facilities, nice white towels and linen, modern bathroom and toilets. The WiFi was very easy to join and entry to the house and room was very effective and simple to use as indicated by the simple instructions forwarded by text. I would recommend this property and I'd stay again.

It was a nice place to stay in very quite and respectful of others, downside is advertising where it say you will have the entire place to yourself to come across others there aswell during your stay other than that bit of misunderstanding everything was great.

Needs to have TV’s in all rooms for those not going out anywhere, found the room very pokey and quite expensive for what you actually get also may struggle a little beng so far away from the city. To be honest probably won’t stay there again

Listing for property stated “you will have the entire house to yourself and only share with members of your party” but on arrival, there were other cars in the driveway and I noticed there were other people in the other rooms. The others were quiet and considerate and there were no issues, it just would have been nice to know there were going to be others in the house. Shared bathroom and kitchen. No living room and no tv in the room. Not a problem for this stay as I was only there to sleep but wouldn’t be ideal if spending more time there. Each room had a keypad lock on the door as did the front door, so felt secure enough. Overall it was good for the purpose of this visit to Hamilton.

Not happy theres no refund policy. After driving for few hours. Upon arrival the yard @ the back had alot of rubbish leaning on the shed very untidy, very dangerous. Then checking in, first bathroom shower box was very dirty, then settling in the room to relax&get into bed, a crockroch crawls along the wall disgusting. Not the best feeling at all. Waking up in the morning the blinds wouldn't go up very stiff from my bedroom&the main bathroom. Bad experince. Very poor standard. I would not recomend this property to anyone. Unsaficifed customer.
