"Was overall a good stay, was not happy that my room was not ready at check in time at 4pm, but it as shortly afterwards. Rooms are older but well kept up except for the bathrooms, they need a refresh. Had an ocean view room and they are nice big rooms, fireplace, but no air conditioner. Breakfast was pretty good with lots of choices."

"Property is currently undergoing some upgrades and repairs so some things are not great. One of the elevators isn’t working which makes things quite slow if you’re on the 5th floor. But there are stairs so that is what we used mostly which was fine for our family. But something to keep in mind. The room was fine, everything was mostly functional and cleanish. I did not like answering personal questions about my kids to the attendant that had already been answered in booking the room. It made me feel very uncomfortable and I almost canceled before checking in. "

The staff was courteous and kind. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the gardens around the cottages were beautiful."
