This was our first time staying in Seaside for our annual family beach trip and I’m so glad we were lucky to find The Tides. The property was beautiful. The kids had a great time. We loved it so much we reserved a unit for our next annual family beach trip. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The rooms were exactly as shown which was fantastic. We appreciated the quiet location and the furnishings and kitchen facilities that were included. It made a relaxing getaway. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. We stayed in room 130 — everything was very clean and well maintained. The room had all the necessary kitchen and bathroom amenities. There is also a grill, beach access, and beautiful views. We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back again!

Great location. Right next to the beach. But the room was not clean. There was hair in the shower; fridge was filthy; there was hair on the bed sheets and stains underneath . We went out after checking in. By the time we came back and found the issues, the office was already closed. We called the after hours number, the lady said that no house keeper was available and we have to wait until tomorrow morning. We barely used anything, slept on the top of the blankets. We left the place as soon as we woke up in the morning.

Staff was amazing and super sweet / understanding. Unfortunately I had multiple issues, the dvd player was broken, heater stopped working, the photos need to be updated bedside the unit we stayed in got repainted and looked nothing like the photos… I booked it because I liked the way it looked in the photos. They charged me before we got there told them that was a mistake and they refunded. But as I’m checking out I noticed the amount they charged me for was higher than the price I booked it for only by like $5 not the point there was no reason to charge me higher.., I called and they refunded. I thnk my stay could’ve been better. But overall the staff was super nice and it was so close to the beach which is nice !!

It was my first time using the booking app and I thought it was simple. However the night (8th) I needed the room wasn't available but it automatically went to the next night (9th). I drove to the location and was told that it was book on the next day and immediately tried to canceled it on that night but I wasn't able to. I did see the place and it was beautiful -right on the beach. I marked it for future use. Is it possible to get my refund back though?
