"The floor in the bathroom has a rise in room 312 that the door scrapes over. Paint peeling in bathroon ceiling. It was clean with a zip around mattress protector. The window air conditioner is loud shutting off and on all night. The bed was kind of hard and pillows weren't great. It served it's purpose and was reasonably priced. I wouldn't pay more for it. 10 min easy drive to Hampton beach. Lots of good places to eat on the same strip. "

"Would have been 5 stars had the inroom thermostat was able to be set lower then 66 degrees and the tv had the sleep timer work. My over all stay was good and the staff was on point but I have made this complaint to the staff before. Most places allow the ac to be set as low as 62. And being on the top floor with the room at 66 just made sleeping difficult because I kept waking up sweating. It’s pretty bad when the hallway can be set colder then the rooms. "The staff were very friendly. The facility is old and needs some love. The plumbing could use an update. Husband unkinked the cold water hose in the bathroom sink and unplugged the drain. The tub drained slow as well. However, the bed was comfortable and clean and even with the plumbing issues the bathroom was clean too. This was a good location and Hampton beach is beautiful and not far away. Several good places to eat as well. We were able to have meals in our room thanks to the microwave and...
