"Room was VERY clean and spacious. Check in staff and house keeping were Great. Ample parking, A/C unit worked great and was very quiet. The most pressure out of the shower head of any bathroom I have ever used! Only think that kept me from a 5 star 10/10 review is the lack of hot breakfast. There were doughnuts and coffee, but very regular. Would stay again without hesitation!"

"We got the room for a cheap rate on a last minute trip to the beach. It served its purpose, but that’s about it. Disappointed with the lack of coffee pot and rock hard mattress (and super flat pillows). Also, the motel doesn’t even have an ice machine. And the bathroom is super tiny. But… everything worked and it was a two minute walk to the beach to watch the sunrise in the morning, so as long as you have low expectations, this place isn’t a horrible stay. I wouldn’t have paid anymore than what I did though!"

"This is my go-to hotel in Hampton Beach. It's consistently clean with friendly staff and a great location. I recommend the suite (its pull-out couch is actually comfortable as a second bed) which has a balcony facing the ocean, right across the street. Plenty of parking, some underground in a garage, coffee in the lobby, elevator, and as a bonus a great little coffee shop right there as well - they serve breakfast sandwiches, bagels, muffins, etc. that you can grab and take to the beach (just hold on tight so the seagulls don't steal your food!)"

"It was a great 3 day vacation. The staff was nice…the room was clean and the pool was nice. The property was clean I wish there were more accessible trash cans. The beds were okay I wouldn’t say comfortable but not horrible. The bathroom was very clean no mold and the shower curtain was clean which is important to me…the coffee maker worked although I didn’t drink it and the fridge and microwave was in working condition. The negative parts were the curtain on our window was not long enough so people could see in and the sun was annoying. I stayed three nights and nothing was replenished not the towels, toilet paper, coffee no one emptied the trash, we had to ask and it still took forever to get towels and toilet paper. Another problem was the people across from us had two police officers show up cause there was yelling and some kind of problem it wasn’t crazy horrible but I would have felt safer with someone in the office or on the property. Overall it was good but I am hesitant to go again due to no one being onsite to handle problems that can occur."
