"The place is good and the rooms are clean. If the ocean is too cold, they have a nice big pool. Would go back."

"The mainsail cottage was GREAT and certainly serves the main purposes as to why we went (close proximity to the beach, easy access, easy parking and private pool option for when we were done with the beach). The room was very clean, you could see housekeeping up and down consistently getting rooms ready throughout the day. The pool was extra clean as well. The owner or manager that seemed to be on duty every single day since Wednesday or Thursday was very accommodating and attentive. I think her name was Erica! I checked out early due to unrelated things with the cottage/my stay there and accidentally made a mistake with the keys. A gentlemen that also works there helped return them for me, so I didn’t have to drive back. Everyone there was amazing, even the guest were friendly snd respectful."

"First of all the front desk, no matter who was there, was so sweet, caring, and accommodating. This would have been one of my favorite stays in all my travels but Lisa at the breakfast buffet was something else. She aggressively hunted people down to make sure they will pay for the poor display of a breakfast, I have seen better quality and variety at a comfort inn. She was so rude and judgemental. She made sure to bring the check to my table the second I sat down to eat my breakfast then cleaned up my plate when I was going for seconds, she comes rushing out of the back screaming why did you let me take your plate if you were going for more. Stupid me, I thought she took it so that I can get a clean one. I just sat there and watched to see if she was this way with everyone or just me. Seems like with the men and non ethnic people, she let them eat in peace and didn't put their check on the table as soon as they sat. Right after breakfast, we headed to the market to get milk and cereal so we wouldn't have to deal with her for another aggressive breakfast. If I could erase this encounter from my trip, it would have otherwise been perfect. Management/ front desk was very apologetic and tried to make it right with freebies but we weren't trying to take advantage."
