"Hampton Beach is a fun and unique area. This is a fun and unique hotel. Don’t judge this book by its cover. Rooms are fully renovated, everyone is friendly, parking is easy, no hassles and an easy walk to the beach. We’ve stayed here multiple times and will be back again."

"Was a cute room. Its not the biggest or nicest place, but it was perfect for my one night in Hampton Beach. Room was clean, felt comfortable and safe, and had a nice deck area to hang outside on and watch the ocean and sunrise. "

"Conveniently located, can see the boardwalk from the front porch!! More than enough room for 3 adults and 3 children. We arrived early (930am), planning to spend the day at the beach then check in. We stopped by the office to see if we could park at the location so we didn't have to move the car again, and to our surprise, they checked us in then!! Will definitely stay again and recommend to anyone going up to Hampton Beach."

"We were pleased with our stay overall. Staff were very friendly. Beds were comfortable and the room was serviced daily. The room was large and cozy. It was also well insulated so noise from other guests and outside was not an issue. The only issues we had were that you get 2 metal keys for your room at check in, only 1 worked. The other was not even close to the same cut. I brought it back but they had no other key to offer, so only 1 room key for 4 of us. The other issue was parking. The room...

"The place was difficult to find. The room itself was less than clean. Dead insects in the night stand drawers. There were no amenities to speak of, The maid had to make her own tip envelope and it was all greasy fingerprints on this."

"The place was so cozy, well maintained and close to everything, yet at the quiet side of the beach. I had a great bonding time with my youngest daughter and the weather was perfect.
