"This is a great place to stay in ninh binh, their rooms are clean, the views are beautiful, and the breakfast is good, there was an annoying family with a bunch of kids that ruined the whole place, but it wasn't their fault and without them the place was wonderful. I would also like to thank mr. DAT who was so kind to us, the day we checked out we left pur bags there and went hiking, and when we came back he was so kind that he even gave us a clean room to clean our shoes and wash ourselves,...

"Beautiful homestay with the most lovely staff. The rooms are new and modern, the walls are thick and quiet, the ac works great, the bathrooms are spa like, and the views are really nice. Rice paddies all the hills are all around. The location is just a ten minute walk into town which means its still near everything but is quiet. The wifi wqs fast and reliable for remote work. "Staff are fantastic. Bike rentals were included, it was extra if you wanted a moped. Rooms were comfy but there were mosquitoes; wearing bug repellent prevented me getting eaten alive! The included breakfast was delicious. Nice and quiet spot a little ways from the busier downtown, taking a bike into town was nice. Thanks for having us!"

"We had a wonderful welcome and they will do anything to help you. They arranged transport for us and we hired their mopeds with great suggestions on where to go. The price is fabulous value and includes breakfast- you really can’t go wrong "

"Good location, but quiet. Friendly staff, laundry service available. Large room, Comfortable bed. Working Aircon, hot water but this runs out fast. Room had a strong air freshener smell when we arrived which we had to air out. Otherwise excellent value for money. "

"It was a special treat to stay here. If you have a motorbike and want to stay out of the crowds of tam coc for part of your visit it’s an easy 25 minute ride to all points of interest there. The place is full of amazing ponds that look like a fairy tale. We spent 2 nights and were the only guests. They made us dinner both nights. The hosts were amazing. The pool is giant and deep, but was empty and being cleaned. I loved the stay and would recommend it to anyone who wants some piece and quiet...

"The hotel was ok, but the rooms were quite dirty. When I arrived the bed was nicely made, but when I moved the blanked there was a lot (10 - 20+) of long/short hairs in the bed so clearly the bedsheets had not been changed. When I complained they said they would fix it, but they did a bad effort in trying. After they had "fixed" it most of the hair were gone, but there was still a lot of dirt and small unidentified red/yellow dirtspots on the sheets. The shower also had soaprests in it so...
