"Clean, well kept, friendly staff. Only issue was that I didn't know there was no elevator. We got in after the first floor has sold out, so lugged three days of stuff, including funeral items and two coolers, upstairs (neither of us have good knees). I had assumed being interior rooms, there would be an elevator, but found the notice under accessibility. "

"Great visit…my first morning at breakfast a very fat woman who worked there spoke loudly and constantly about another employee. It was very irritating to hear about how this “redhead bword” thinks she owns the place. She and another fat male at the front desk talked about the redhead b word….yess they said “b” word not the full vernacular…..then the fat woman waddled into the kitchen and told the gentleman who worked in that area about her dislike for the red headed worker. "Friendly service, comfortable beds and rooms, and great internet! The only downside was no refunds for the two nights the room wasn't needed when my trip was cut short. I don't remember seeing information about that but I could have missed it."
