"Everyone enjoyed the property immensely. The view of the river and surroundings is incredible. The house is spacious and comfortable; our large group (7 adults, 6 kids) didnt feel cramped a bit. So many things to do in the area, we rented a boat on Bull Shoals and went swimming (yes, in October). One of the best property rentals we’ve stayed at. I will recommend to any friends coming to Arkansas!"

"pros: the rooms were comfortable. The view was nice. The kids thought the loft was super cool. Cons: the “road” to the property. The smell of the water inside the cabin. The view was nice for us, and we enjoyed that the beds were comfortable. The space was small but good. However, the road to the place was water logged and bumpy. Not to mention muddy and long. "Nice place on the river. Great views and outdoor space. Very clean. Address marker on the road would help. Can't see the turn in due to the slope and putting the address into Google maps doesn't get you to the right place. But owner was quickly responsive when we had trouble finding it."
