"Apparently Expedia and their system wasn't matching up, so they had no record of me arriving for that day. I was able to get ahold of property manager and get it sorted over phone call eventually. Property is in rough shape. Watch out on the driveway approach there are two potholes that will swallow a truck. "The staff and room were both lovely! Beds were very clean and comfortable, the bathroom was very clean and had a nicely heated rack for towels, etc. It was a lovely touch."
