"The hotel staff were incredibly helpful. We arrived a bit late to catch a flight and they had service that allowed us to leave our car will we were gone. They ran an extra shuttle for us to the airport. We arrived back 10 days later and had an airport shuttle within minutes. The room was exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast was typical and not great. "

My room key had issues and wouldn't work. I had to wait an hour past my scheduled shuttle time to get one and when he got there, he told me he didn't know he had to take me to the airport. "No pressure, hardly any hot water. Took 15 mins for shower water to turn hot and it was like showering in a stream. The door key had to be coded daily to get inside my room and the door looked like it had been kicked in several days times and didn’t even have a lock on door to lock "

"The check-in experience was not good. The lady working was not the right person to be a tge reception desk. She seemed quite annoyed to have to be doing anything. It was not a good start. The rest of my stay was good. The hotel is a no smoking hotel all over. The hallway on my floor smelled great. My room was very clean and smelled great as well. "

"The lady at the front desk was good and on Monday afternoon she handled a not so nice customer very well. The customer was rude to her but she held her ground and did a great job. The gym was horrible. Pictures were way superior to what reality was. There was one set of weights on the rack of weights. Other than that the property was nice."

"Great stay after 2 long weeks on the road. I was dissapointed in the very small pool that was freezing. My kids LOVE water and they only lasted about 20 minutes. For the money spent on the rest of the property, they really went the cheap way on the pool. Also, the tile close to the pool was extremely slippery. The family leaving as we got there said 4 of their adult family fell in the same spot. So I put down pool towels to make sure we didnt fall. Great stay...skip the pool. Unfortunatly you...

"Check in was satisfactory and the customer service was excellent. A short wait time but was handled professionally and courteously. A very nice and hard working employee was cleaning up the meeting area and lobby and he was very nice and I applauded his work ethic. Nice to have people like that on staff so customers can appreciate wait time. "
