the location is very central with lots of restaurants and stores near by and close to the airport. the accommodations were comfortable and the breakfast is very handy in the morning. the pool was very cold so that was disappointing for my grandkids.

I usually stay at the Hilton and pay more. I decided to stay at quality since we were on a short trip. I didn’t regret it. All the cable channels worked staff was friendly. Only issue I had was I could only get one of my keys to work! I loved all the towels available to me and my family. Great stay! Oh and parking was reasonably priced!!

The room was amazing. Clean and newly remodeled. The front desk staff was horrible as well as the shuttle driver. The breakfast staff was wonderful! I had to take a different hotel shuttle from the airport because the shuttle for the hotel never showed up even after calling the hotel to confirm we were getting picked up. We waited on the West side as directed for over an hour. I called the hotel 8 times, no answer. Called corporate and they called the hotel and still no help. When I finally got to the hotel I asked for the driver's name and the manager information and the young kid kept rolling his eyes at me and was really rude. I try to only stay at ihg hotels but I won't stay here again. Traveling is stressful enough and this situation made things even more stressful. They also raised their parking fee to $11/night.... But why, their cost doesn't change and their shuttle service sucks. Yes, I know that is cheaper than the airport but again, their shuttle service sucks.

I stayed here twice before my trip and after my trip before going to Denver airport. The shuttle was great on both rides. The location is decent. It's close to a couple restaurants that you can walk to. I was able to check in early, which was nice they gave me an extra towel. It was comfortable quiet. What can you say? It was that the lowest price property at the time and I thought it was a good deal. There is breakfast there it was I don't know typical of these places, but the coffee was nice and fresh and strong.
