The lobby failed to communicate we needed to ask for sheets and towels during check in, so when I arrived at the apartment I freaked out for a moment. After that I found out they offer everything, but you need to go downstairs to the lobby and request it. The staff was very helpful and friendly - always. "Foi ótima nossa experiência. Gostei e voltaria. Parecia que a localização era mais distante dos principais pontos da cidade, mas a média de Uber ficava entre 11 e 18 reais, então foi tranquilo. A limpeza dos quartos são muito boas e você até se sente em casa: tudo limpinho e clarinho. Ponto negativo é somente o banheiro que não tem ducha higiênica e o quarto que não tem um lixinho e não a como separar outros lixos com lixo de banheiro. "
