The check in instructions were to download an app and then there were no details like property number, none of the key boxes were responsive. "Do not stay! Only property I've ever checked out of! Communication on the run up to the stay was very poor, check in and property location instructions (including full address) arrived an hour before check in time. Upon arrival we saw the front of the property had overflowing bins and rubbish all over the front of the house. Going into the house, there was no flooring in the communal areas, only floorboards with gaps that had been painted white for some reason, therefore getting filthy from...
