It was clean! Nice bed with white linen, has hot shower, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner,hair blower, and safe. Very close to pier, restaurants, shops, pharmacy, etc. I will choose this place again and will recommend to my friends. There’s no elevator, noise at night cause by the party goers.

I was really looking forward to my stay at Erlittop. We had two nights booked. The food and service were great. The limited hours of electricity and no water to our room was quite annoying however. We mentioned there was no water and told they would get it working, but nothing. It quite bad when we had to leave early the last day and couldn't get ready without using the external showers and bathrooms.

I stayed here for several days. Loved it so much decided to spend the couple more. I could not be more appreciative and content with the service and cleanliness of everything. Particularly the kitchen was extremely well-set-up. Jonh is very friendly and a happy man. Hi, highly recommend this place to people who require a better type of accommodation. And the price was very, very reasonable.

We had an amazing stay at Karuna. A little off the beaten path which is perfect if you want to escape the hectic town. Once up the hill, your greeted with peace and quiet and breathtaking views of the bay. The staff was very friendly and helpful providing us rides to and from town whenever we needed them. ALL staff was very helpful and accommodating, especially PJ. The food was good, waiters and waitress did well with recommendations. Nice clean large beach. Liked that they also have Kayaks to borrow and activities if you want to participate. We were very pleased with the guys who took us on the island tours "A", booked through the resort.

Amazing stay, breakfast made to order (American or Filipino) staff are very courteous, enjoyed talking to Kathlyn(hope I mentioned her name correctly, and there was Carl also helping her) very peaceful place to stay and some shops and eateries in the vicinity.

Great place because it was downtown, close to everything. You can book any tour from the hotel and they will come pick you up. Comfortable bed, small shower room but great room for the price. Staff was very accommodating. I would definitely stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Buenas Haven for the whole 3 nights we spent in El Nido. The hotel is just 5 mins away from the centre of town and 2 mins from the bus station. You can catch a trike for 5 pesos into town or walk. Rufa is just amazing and really goes out of her way to make sure that your stay is exceptional. The first day I had a problem with my assigned room, but Sheri and Angelo were very kind to solve my problem. Very good location and facilities. The beds are very comfortable. I think they should put curtains on the bunk beds to give more privacy to the guests and also because they have mix rooms.

Great value. Fast WiFi, good water pressure and hot, rooms are pretty small but good for the value. 5 min walk to the very center of town and all the hot spots. Quite at night. Would stay again

my number one impression was the cleanliness of the rooms and inside the property...don't let the exterior fool you. staff was respectful and attentive. owner went out of us way to accommodate our traveling arrangements back to Puerto princessa

Rica and Justin were so amazing and helpful. Really enjoyed my stay here. The beach is incredible and the site is well maintained and looked after.

The place was not ideal because of the on going construction but the way the staff took care of us was amazing. They went out of their ways to accommodate our needs. I noticed this because there was cancellation of the tour we joined. would have been out of the hotel all day having fun exploring the place and only needed a safe place to sleep. I don’t care about gym, pool, etc. I went to el Nido to check the place not to enjoy the hotel . Spend your money checking the area and get a safe cheaper...
