"There is no parking around the property—only street parking. When we got there we were told that the elevator was broken and we were not offered any help with our bags—I have lung issues from Covid so hauling a suitcase up 5 flights was not great. There were minimal lights on the stairs so that was a safety issue also. When we got to our room it was between 85-90 degrees because the air conditioning had not been turned on prior to our arrival and the window in the room was just cracked open, so...
