"We stayed three nights in this hotel and a very comfortable room overlooking Sokcho lake, absolutely wonderful. Check-in and check-out are both self-service and there is an assumption that you have Whatsapp on your phone as the check-in details are sent via this app, which we didn't have. Nevertheless, a staff member was available to assist us with our check-in.
