My only real concern was that it looked like behind the furniture isn't cleaned often as there was a lot of dust buildup and that the bathtub stopper was completely broken and made it difficult to shower without being in a bath at the same time. "Check in staff was friendly & personalable. Lobby was clean. My room did not look like it had been vacuum so I asked to have it done. However, when she finished nothing had been accomplished. So the vacuum didn't work or she didn't have it on the correct setting. And no they wouldn't let me do it myself. I also noticed that the top bed cover had a spot where it looked like someone had had sex or it was a butt cheek stain. That was disturbing. But I realized I didn't see a cart with linen on it...

"Property is clean and quiet. Seems safe and coordinated. Unfortunately we decided to checkout a day early. I did contact front office and mentioned the situation. While in the room someone opened our room door and asked hello? If this was room service she didn't announce herself properly. The only reason i unlock top lock was because my husband was coming up from outside. No proper answer was given that i felt safe to stay longer. Supposedly manager was going to be advised but i havent heard...
