"Clean room , delicious breakfast, kind staff and great location "

"Front desk very responsive. Booked transfers for us; arranged ATV rental. Gave us good recommendations for restaurants. Perfect location for kiteboarding. Small store right across the street for buying water. Only negative- the bed was not very comfortable. "

"Excellent location and the host, Nektario, is THE absolute best. He was welcoming, hospitable and helpful. There’s a great coffee shop right at the corner for delicious coffee and snacks. The location was within walking distance to the port and all the great restaurants and bars. Definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again in the future. 10/10"

"Lovely property. Very clean. Only down side is walk to the beach or town. It’s about 20 minutes which is fine at night but horrendous in 30 heat. "

"Underwhelming for the price. We stayed on 4 different islands during our trip, this was somehow more expensive than Mykonos and Santorini so our hopes were high it'd be great. It's a great location, right by Ios port and beach. The beds were firm and the room air conditioning wasn't great, neither was the bathroom and shower. If I were going back to Ios, I'd look for somewhere else to stay."

"Everything is Great about this place, especially the view of the Town, except for the 1 Kilometre walk up a Very Steep Hill!! Made me only want to walk down and back into Chora once a day because of it… Hire a Car or Quad bike to commute around the island, you’ll be glad you did!!"
