"Loved the look of the Lodge! The room decor was nicer and more interesting that a run-of-the-mill hotel, and the staff was lovely and helpful. We liked the smart tv in the room, and the WiFi speed was adequate. There was quite a bit of noise shared from room to room. I don’t think anyone was unreasonably loud, but we could hear our neighbors snoring! Also, there was no microwave in the rooms, but we could use the one in the breakfast area. "What’s not to like? This is a great property for some nature connection that I needed. The owner was very nice and helpful as I had never visited this area. The property is clean and well kept. I basically fished for several hours in the morning/early afternoon on the Hiwassee River and then sat on the front porch and watch deer and other wildlife on the property. "

"Beautiful cabin just very cold and the windows let in a draft because it was 13-16°. If it had a oven or a stove it'd be perfect otherwise it's wonderful for a weekend stay."

Lovely place for the price!
