It is the second time that when booking boutique or non known hotels from Expedia that the check in process is lacking and there is no support. I will be wiser in the future - twice bitten "

"beautiful cozy cabin-- very spacious and nicely laid out bedrooms. clean and luxurious feel. hot tub, pool table, and foosball table were nice extras. loved the gas logs that you could turn on with the touch of a switch on the wall. reasonably well-stocked kitchen. we had a great stay.
