Knowing that we couldn’t speak Korean, he had a translator to communicate with us, making things so much easier. He was so helpful, from recommending good food, details of the cherry blossoms festival and even gave us rides to the train station and...

"The hotel is so messed up. I never imagine such a hotel could be found in Korea. It's so unkempt, no provision of the usual things like batting soap, body cream, toothpaste, etc. The bed sheets were so dirty and unwashed. Dirty colored towel. My spouse had a quarrel with me for making such a booking. I regretted my stay there. It's a complete disregard to customers. Complete insensitivity by the management "

"Loved the jacuzzi and the rainfall shower. Beds were hard and I’m pretty sure this is a “love hotel” definitely not family friendly but good for the one night we were there. Reception doesn’t speak English so you will need translation."
