"My 12th-floor room had a view and openable window. Queen size bed was clean and comfy. Wi-fi was good. Fridge was cold. Hot water was good. Staff were friendly. Check in/out was easy. Only complaint is not enough hooks for hanging things, only 4 hangars, no smart TV (Japanese channels only), and no complimentary tea/coffee in the room. Overall a great place to stay and I’d stay there again. "

"The staff was friendly and there was a lot of information about the surrounding areas all over the hotel. I didn't give it full stars because the bathroom areas weren't that clean. That said, it's in a great area, next to a few train stations and a lot of shopping. It's worth it. "

"Good experience. Suggestions : Use the No disturb system means no check out at 10:00 am. The guest is responsible for the daily clean or not. The time zone, the hourly decallage of some guest may need more sleep and it's very hard to wake up at 10:00 am. It looks a punishment. "
