全体的には快適に過ごせましたが、残念な点もありました。 エアコンのリモコンの電池が切れていて使用できなかったため、フロントに持って行ったところ、「電池を交換してお部屋までお持ちします」と言われました。しかし、2時間待っても届かず、再度フロントへ行くと、謝罪もなく「これですね」と手渡され、とても不誠実に感じました。 また、スタッフも宿泊客もほとんどが外国人で、館内の雰囲気が落ち着かず、少し居心地の悪さを感じました。

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was smaller than our other hotel rooms during our trip which was fine. This is a basic hotel room that will charge you for additional housekeeping bring the first time, which didn't affect us, but thought it was worth mentioning. I also had a 2000 yen charge upon arrival even though I booked through Expedia and paid ahead of time. Wasn't worth it to me to start investigating for $14 cost, but unsure what it was for. Place gets the job done for a short stay.
