Best place we ever stayed. Great communication, laundry machine includes drying, drys cloth really well. We got Amazon delivered there too, the staffs are super friendly. Hair dryer dries slow, other than that it’s perfect!!!

Amazing host, very humble and helpful. Loved how clean and quiet the property is. We have everything we require in the room post coming back from day trip. Grocery shops and 7/11 were nearby incase we wanted to cook. We loved staying in this cozy apartment.

Very good apartment hotel with necessary amenities in the room. Spacious too. The most convenient for us is that there’s a washing plus dryer (2 in one) machine in the hotel room. We need not to hang clothes after washing so save time and energy after a day’s tour. It’s also close to train stations, two convenient stores and a big supermarket. We will surely stay in this hotel again when we visit Osaka next time.

8泊9日しましたが、毎日性能の良い洗濯乾燥機を使いました。近くに中型のLIFEスーパーがあり、中型冷蔵庫をフル活用しました。ベッドルームは、ベッドの場所とテーブルの場所が分かれていてとても広く機能的に仕えました。ハンガーも数個用意され、食器類も必要なものがそろっていました。天満橋駅からゆっくり歩いて10分で便利。調度品が結構良いもので備えられていました。スタッフも明るく、問題があっても気持ちよく対応してくださいました。荷物も預かってくれました。次の大阪での長期滞在の際にも、是非利用させてほしいと思いました。頑張って働いてくださっているスタッフの皆さん、お世話になりました。ありがとうございました。

The apartment was large and spacious with a separate toilet room which makes getting ready in the morning a lot quicker for couples. Very impressed with the cleanliness and amenities. Only a few minutes away from multiple train stations. Highly recommended for short and long stays in Osaka.

Nice area close to metro and railway station. The room was comfortable and clean. Has a washer and dryer great if you have small kids. Walking distance to the Osaka castle. Reception are great very helpful. We hope stay again in the future.

Appartement pratique avec four micro-ondes/grill, laveuse/sécheuse pour les vêtements, lit et oreiller confortables. Secteur agréable, près d’une station de métro, une épicerie et des dépanneurs juste à côté, le château d’Osaka et la promenade du canal (spectacle son et lumière en soirée) accessibles facilement à pied. Il manque quelques ustensiles pour la cuisinette (ça prendrait au moins un couteau et une paire de ciseaux idéalement). Une seule clé pour l’appartement, il pourrait être utile d’en avoir deux.
