"This was a simple overnight transit stop and for that it worked. Surprised just how long it took to get there from the airport but got a Grab and it worked."

"Very neat and clean hotel, with friendly staff. Our bathroom sink leaked on to the floor, the shelf was falling, hard bed and no window. Otherwise, it was a nice stay. The hotel was far from the main city. We found the area quite run down. Although, it was Good value for price and we would recommend and stay again!!! "

"The Lavana hotel was in a great location. Near central market and in the heart of Chinatown. The hotel was a little dated. Staff were friendly and helpful. Reasonable value for money. The area was one of the homeless hotspots at night. They were not a problem and kept themselves to themselves. Nice people going through hard times. I would consider staying again. "

"Beware. Avoid this hotel. They held my passport for the duration of my stay, because i don't carry cash for a key deposit. Their credit card processing machine wasn't working, it was very old technology. I tried 4 different cards but none worked. After checkout they refused to return my passport, because they were trying to scam me to pay cash for incidentals which never occurred. "Just check out after a very good sleep. Bed very comfy and quiet. Very very clean very friendly staff and really good location. Room not big but it's okay since they have provided all nessesery like TV fridge desk nice bed clean modern bathroom hot shower good WiFi. Also water filter and coffee tea as much needed can take without pay penny. We are really had a good time with this hotel. Price also very cheap if compared. Thanks "

"One of the nicer hostels I’ve ever stayed in. Bed was comfortable and liked the size of the bunk and the setup. Could keep my bag at foot of bed in the bunk, and there was also a locker under the bed. Close to Petronas Towers and seemed pretty easy to get around in my short stay."

"Great price and location. 10 minute walk to Express trains to KUL airport. Nu Mall nearby with 6 floors, plenty of dining options. Free internet was so-so, but fine most of the time. "
