"I didn't like the fact that what I thought I booked was a hotel room, but in fact was a unit independently managed by Vacasa. That should be disclosed before the booking, not after."

"When booking we were not informed of no air conditioning. My wife has asthma and she can not stay in any unit without A/C. As per the unit! It was nice, Not beachfront as stated! BUT! "Upon check in, the receptionist was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was very surprised at the $200.00 cleaning fee, on a $200 a night condo. I don’t mind the $400 total, but it should be upfront. It’s a ground floor condo, garden view, and I thought it was a great deal, but for $400 I could have an ocean view room. I only needed it for one night, and it was fine for that. Just feel that all fees should be up front. The staff was excellent and atentive."

The access to both the pool and the beach made it perfect for our family, and having beach essentials like an umbrella, chairs, and a cart was incredibly convenient. One of the highlights was spotting whales from the lanai using the provided binoculars—such a memorable experience! The condo was comfortable and well-equipped, making our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again!"
