After trying several phone numbers, the person responsible walked out of the next building and claimed he has cancelled the reservation because Expedia won't let him charge a cleaning fee and that he won't be working with Expedia anymore. "The house is right in the village, handy for the 2 tavernas and store. Also, it's literally around the corner from excellent quality bike hire. The room had everything I needed and was very good value. There's a terrace in the garden with views over the village and valley where you can enjoy the golden sunsets."
