"A nice classic hotel in the centre of Kharkov. Within easy walking distance of "Freedom square" and centre of city. No one speaks English but they make a big effort in trying to understand and comply to requests. Clean comfortable rooms with plenty of hot water in the morning (water temperature is luke warm the rest of the day) Very nice buffet breakfast served in restaurant(included with the room) There were no extra fees at checkout. Try to get a room away from the elevators as these are old...

"The location is really great - quiet yard not far from the city center. The price is a bargain. The hotel used to be a cool place once. Now it’s not maintained properly. I did not have room service for 3 days, shower knob is broken and nobody cares. And they actually do not serve breakfast there."
