"Good value for Portishead area. Some rooms have a wonderful view of the nearby Marina. Rooms are basic with ensuite bathroom. Comfortable bed, kettle and selection of tea and coffee. Don't expect a minibar or fridge! Free parking. Nearby shops and bars etc. Staff very friendly and helpful"

"Room was terrible very small could hardly walk round the bed. Shower had lots of Black mould no ventilation, the bed was shocking desperately need a new mattress, very uncomfortable, lots of cobwebs everywhere and because there were no windows you could open was very musty. Will not be recommending this place"

"Stayed here for one night, Hotel is good value and good location, about a 15 min walk from Stapleton Road Train Station or a 5 min walk from Bus stop, staff are great."
