"The balcony is full of pigeon droppings. The balcony floor was only cleaned after several requests. Room cleaning can only be ordered at reception, otherwise no cleaning will be carried out. We had our bathing suits draped on the porch to dry & they had set up a drying rack for us without us asking which was so nice! The property is so clean & manicured. The room is clean.
