The area was very quiet and it made me feel like I was living in one of the old school king/Joseon/Koryo era dynasties. 😆 I’d stay again, but would rent a car. The rooms were great. You have to sleep on the hard, but warm floors. But that’s part of the experience. It’s a beautiful setting. "

"Clean hotel with good amenities (fridge, kettle, TV, small table and chair and even a small vanity and stool). It was relatively quiet. We never took public transport; we walked everywhere. There are convenient stores around the corner and hotel is walking distance from train station and a couple of streets in that area with lots of restaurants and shops. There are seafood/fish restaurants in the other direction (street closer to the water). It's also 10 minutes by taxi to the ferry to Jeju...

"Really nice room and bathroom. They have clothing styler which is useful to dry clothes you wash in sink. It does other stuff too. Breakfast is simple but good. Super nice and helpful staff. They speak enough English to answer all my questions."

CON: Rm was hot, you have to open the window to let in cool air BUT you can't leave it...
