"This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. I checked out after only one night and was not able to get a refund for the other two nights I had booked. Airtel Busan shouldn’t even be listed on Expedia and I am upset that they let a place that is so dilapidated book on their platform. The bathroom was completely covered in black mold, the room is next to a factory which can be heard through earplugs while you try to sleep. NEVER BOOK HERE"

"We had a family trip this time bit there’s not enough towels(No shower towels) and there’s bad smell when I enter the room. Lobby areas are clean and nice and easy to access beach(No swimming allowed). We doesn’t have enough time to enjoy all other facility this time. No lights in the hallway until night time and it’s dim red. Owners are rude, unprofessional and lack customer service. I honestly do not know how they stay open or why Expedia would advertise for them. "
