"Outdated and very disappointed. Need to spend some money to redo paint, hallways and most flooring. Also really needs a deep clean. Roof and higher parts of walls in room were dirty/dusty. Bathroom taps all leaked, including the toilet. Wifi didn’t work in our room, only reached the lobby and first floor. "

"Great deal for the price! Walkable to other areas, easy parking, and the breakfast buffet (mostly Japanese) had a good selection. The hotel also has an onsen (one outdoor) within its grounds. The beds and pillows were too hard for me, but overall, great value for money!"

This may not be an issue for most people, but I read a misleading review which made me book this property thinking there were private showers and that is NOT the case. The shower is a combined 4 person shower and tub you can soak in afterwards. The breakfast was amazing and I highly recommend it if you have the option. "伊香保温泉の名物の石段からはほんの少し離れていますが、静かでいい場所です。 駐車場もエントランス正面と、道路を挟んで近くにあり便利です。 大江戸温泉物語グループといえばディナーバイキングですが、食事会場は広くはありません。 そのため、こちらでは目の前での調理はありません。 また、料理が全て壁際に並べてあり、テーブルどうしやテーブルと料理の間の通路が狭く、ちょっと窮屈です。 総評としては、お勧めできる宿ですが、部屋にWi-Fiが無いのは、残念でした。 "

"Our stay started off well with a shuttle pick up from the station. The traditional look and style of the Yorozuya is beautiful. My husband and I booked the private spa for 2 hours our first night and it only cost $100 for us both to use. The private spa was absolutely amazing and even though it was modern compared to everything else, I loved that it was a private all inclusive experience that my husband and I could enjoy the baths and sauna together at our leisure. They provide drinks inside too...

"A lovely cosey place to stay if you are visiting the Snow Monkey Park. We walked from the ryokan to the park, it took about 30 minutes to the gate and I am a slow walker. A nice town to wander around if you have the time. "

"The staff were amazing and very accommodating with bags. They actually have a pick up service depending on your arrival and departure times. This was a bonus since it worked out when we were leaving. Our room was very spacious and comfortable!"

"Amazing experience staying at this ryokan. Upon arrival they had our name on a piece of paper posted in the front window of the hotel which was helpful to identify that we were in the right spot. Room was large. Staff was Super nice speaking english and answering all our questions. Breakfast was AMAZING! We wish we had also done dinner. Right in the middle of all the hot springs which was fantastic."
