"The hospitality (service and meals) at Shiganoyu Hotel were amazing. "I had the best shower and bath of my life there, there's a lot of water pressure and very hot, next to the shower is the onsen bath open all night. The staff was a friendly and attentive the installations are beautiful. They Give you are Yukata that you can wear around town to get into the onsens. I made a reservation for the Japanese style breakfast and it was delicious they serve you Tamago Onsen. Would stay again. Lovely."

"We were here for a couple of days and had a wonderful stay! The place is kept clean, and it sits right by the ski hill. Nothing beats a soak in the hot public bath after a day of skiing. Also loved the breakfast and dinner! The gem though was the staff, who were incredibly friendly and went out of the way to help us. "
